Central Kitchen Manager

Responsible for managing Central Kitchen Affairs; organizing the flow of food raw materials and supplies to be delivered to all of H.E.M.A. Resto outlets, and controlling related costs.

· Min 4 years of work experience in Food & Beverages industry
· Proficient in Operations Management & Cost Control

Area Manager

Responsible for managing all H.E.M.A. Resto outlets and supervising all outlet managers directly, reading & analyzing trends and proposing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS :
· Male or Female
· Min 5 years work experience in Food & Beverages industry
· Has a management background in previous work
· Proficient in Operations Management
· Comprehension in basic Marketing & Spoken English is a plus
